This service delivery policy applies to the website, products and services offered under the brand WAAPI, operated by WAAPI (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our services you agree to this service delivery policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the services.

1. Digital delivery

WAAPI supplies digital services only — no physical goods are shipped. Access to the platform is delivered electronically to the email address and/or login credentials registered on your account.

2. Activation timelines

  • Account activation — immediately after successful payment and verification, normally within a few minutes and no later than 24 hours.
  • Wallet / prepaid credit — credited automatically on payment confirmation; manual/UPI-reference payments are credited after verification, normally within 24 business hours.
  • Third-party channel onboarding (e.g. WhatsApp Business API number approval) — depends on the channel provider’s review and may take longer; we have no control over third-party approval timelines.

3. Delivery failures

If you have paid but not received access within the timelines above, contact support with your payment reference. We will investigate and complete the activation, or correct any verified billing error per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Service availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance windows and third-party outages may affect access. Status updates are provided through our support channels.

Governing law & jurisdiction

This document is governed by the laws of India. For operators in India this includes the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Where we serve customers in other jurisdictions, we honour applicable local requirements including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to the extent they apply. Courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.
